Kar\u0131 (koca), \u00e7ocuklar ve torunlar\u0131n yoklu\u011funda, m\u00fclk\u00fcn miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6lenin babas\u0131 ve annesidir, mallar aralar\u0131nda e\u015fit olarak payla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Madde 497. Kar\u0131 (koca), \u00e7ocuklar, torunlar ve ayr\u0131ca ebeveynlerin yoklu\u011funda di\u011fer akrabalar, akrabal\u0131k derecesine g\u00f6re (b\u00fcy\u00fckbaba, b\u00fcy\u00fckanne, amca, teyze, ye\u011fen) miras hakk\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Madde 498. Bir ay s\u00fcreyle verilen miras belgesine mahkemede itiraz edilebilir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Madde 604.
